These are the terms for buying from Glacier Magnetic Memories, LLC. They're written to be read, not skimmed past — if anything is unclear, ask us before you order.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm it by email. We review every order before printing and may decline one — for example, if the photo won't print well or the content isn't something we can put our name on. If we decline your order, you get a full refund.

Custom products

Every magnet is made to order from your photo and your design choices. Check your crop and preview before you buy — what you approve is what gets printed. Cancellations and refunds work as described in our refund policy: full refund before printing starts, no refunds once printing has begun.

Your content

You must own the photos you upload or have permission to use them. Your photos stay yours — by ordering, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and print them solely to make and deliver your magnets. We don't use your photos for anything else without your explicit consent (see the privacy policy).

Prohibited content

Don't upload content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, sexualizes minors, or promotes hate or violence. We can refuse or cancel any order that crosses those lines, with a refund if printing hasn't started.

Our liability

If we get something wrong — a misprint, a damaged delivery — we'll reprint or refund the affected items. Beyond that, our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We're not responsible for delays outside our control, like carrier issues or weather.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. If we update them, the version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to your order.
