Before printing starts

You can cancel for a full refund any time before your magnets are printed. Every order sits in a short review window before it goes to print, so if you change your mind or spot a mistake, reach out right away and we'll take care of it.

Once your magnets are printed

Each magnet is custom-made from your photo, so once printing has started we can't offer refunds — a magnet of your family can't go back on a shelf. If something arrives damaged or isn't right, contact us and we'll make it right.

How refunds are paid

Card payments are refunded back to the card you paid with. Cash orders are refunded in person — at the booth or your pickup spot.

How to request a refund

Open your order page in the customer portal and request it there, or simply reply to any email about your order. Either way it goes straight to Stacy.
