Can I order photo magnets from my phone?
Yes — the whole thing works in your phone's browser. Upload photos from your camera roll, crop and adjust each magnet with a live preview, and check out, no app needed.
How long do photo magnets take?
Every order is made to order — currently about 7 days from order to ready. Shipped orders add transit time on top of that.
Do you ship photo magnets?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the US. You'll get an email when your order ships, and you can also choose local pickup instead at checkout.
Can I pick up my order near Glacier National Park?
Yes — we're based in Montana's Flathead Valley, near Glacier National Park. Choose pickup at checkout and collect your order at one of our market or event booths, or at a local pickup spot.
What photos work best for magnets?
Sharp, well-lit photos straight from your phone work great. The design tool flags any photo whose resolution is too low for the magnet size you pick, so you'll know before you order.
Can I pay cash?
Yes — pickup orders can be paid in cash when you collect them. Shipped orders are paid by card online.
What if I need a refund?
Full refund available any time before your magnets are printed. Because every magnet is custom-made, we can't offer refunds once printing has started.
Are the magnets handmade?
Yes. Glacier Magnetic Memories is owner-operated — Stacy makes each magnet herself in the Flathead Valley.
Can I put different photos on magnets in one order?
Yes — add as many magnets as you like to a single order, each with its own photo, crop, and size.
Can I send magnets as a gift?
Yes — mark your order as a gift at checkout, add a gift note, and we'll ship straight to the recipient anywhere in the US.
How do I reorder a magnet I've ordered before?
Sign in to your account — your past photos and designs are saved there, so reordering a favorite takes a couple of taps.
